The latest  from trade sources ,Sun Pictures gets the marketing rights of Surya’s much expected movie Singam.Singam directed by Hari features Surya and Anushka in lead roles. Surya plays the role of Cop for the second time after Kaakha Kaakha.
It is a known fact that Sun Pictures have procured Vijay starrer Sura earlier. It is believed that Sura will be released prior to Singam.

With both films creating the right noise especially under the Sun Pictures banner there is no doubt that the films will be promoted in full swing.

Singam is being produced by Studio Green Productions Gnanavel Raja, uncle of Surya. Prakash Raj does the villian role in the movie and Vivek does the comedian role. Devi Sri Prasad has scored music for the film.
