Vijay Takes to remake Malayalam film Bodyguard

             The smash hit Malayalam film Bodyguard is to be remade in Tamil. It is being touted that Ilayathalapthy Vijay could star in the film . Apparently, the actor is impressed by the storyline and its success in Mollywood. We hear that Vijay could move on to this remake after wrapping up his 50th film Sura.

Bodyguard had Dileep and Nayanthara in the lead roles and it was directed by Siddique.

There is indeed a strong competition in the film industry for procuring the rights of Bodyguard. The Hindi rights are said to have been lapped up by producer Boney Kapoor .
