Semi nude scene in Tamil cinema (அந்தரங்கம்)for the first time

A semi nude scene will feature in a Tamil film for the first time. This scene is featuring in the film titled Andharangam. The story of the film is about an innocent girl who is cheated by her lover. She is being sold in the red light area. Kamalika from Kolkatta is donning the innocent girl role. J V Rukmangathan who had distributed more than 400 films and who had produced seven films including Shenbaga Thottam, Subramania Swamy and Cinema Cinema is producing and directing this film Andharangam.
As per the story a painting artist goes to a brothel house. He buys Kamalika by paying Rs 2 Lakhs and takes her with him. Kamalika also falls in love with him without knowing that he is a painter of semi nude pictures. At one point of time, he asks her to pose topless so that he could paint her image. This scene was recently shot in a bungalow in Valsaravakkam. Kamalika boldly acted top less.
